On December 20, 2019, the Escuela Hogar Guillén Cano Bote of Trujillo (Cáceres) awarded the Social Responsibility Diploma to ORDUÑA 1755 SL in gratitude for its collaboration with children and youth. It has been an honor for us to receive this recognition from the Guillén Cano Home School Foundation, for the incredible work it does for children.
The Guillén Cano Bote Home School Foundation of Trujillo (Cáceres) is a boarding school that cares for girls aged 3 to 17 from low-income backgrounds and at risk of social exclusion, whose parents, for various reasons, cannot guarantee a normalized education.
At ORDUÑA 1755 SL, we wanted to help and collaborate with them by donating several items, so that the Home School can cover the needs of the girls and the Center, and/or for a series of charity markets they held in May and June.
With the proceeds from the markets, they acquire essential items for the girls such as clothing, footwear, medicines, school supplies, hygiene products, etc., and organize recreational and cultural activities that they would otherwise not be able to access due to their low-income status.
